The best thing I know of is from Holland and Barrett and it's an Australian tea tree facial wash . My eldest son was under the dermatologist for his had teenage acne ,he had allsorts of meds for it a and even 2 courses of roaccutane. Then I found this product and he's used it ever since. It really has helped him.

Sadly, teenagers are prone to oily skin and spots William hormones!
Tea tree oil is the answer.
