Boiler suits

I love a jump suit! Over the past four years I think I've had 5. Smart ones work, one for the beach, one more utilitarian, a summer evening holiday ones. I've got my eye on the Toast paprika linen one for this year.

I've got several Kim & Co jump suits which are very comfy. Boiler suits conjures up the band Slipknot in theirs with their masks

Jumpsuits are great until you're steamboats and are trying to figure out how to get out of it in a toilet cubicle

Funnily enough I actually bought one today. I had seen it a couple of times and really liked the colour and print. Finally plucked up the courage to try it on. Very pleasantly surprised!! I'm quite tall and it is really quite flattering. My husband, best friend and daughter all think it looks good. Now to wear it!!

My DD calls them 'murderers outfits'.

You'd have to pay me a substantial amount of money to wear one - Churchill put me off them for life.

I saw that article too and oh how I wish I was tall enough and had long legs (like DD who's 5ft 10 and has legs up to her armpits!) and could wear a jump suit - but God made me a short and dumpy 5ft nothing....

I have a couple of jumpsuits they are stretchy so not to bad at toilet breaks.I love my black one as its so dressy with high heels and nice jewellery .The other navy one I wear more casual ...well as casual as I get ..ankle boots and a leather biker jacket .Try teh Kim and CO ones on QVC ,theres a great choice.
I did have a few more but as I lost weight they had to go too ,so only replaced 2 so far .

It is going to the loo and having the sleeves draggling on the floor, especially in public loos, that put me off them.

I love jumpsuits and boiler suits! M&S have a denim one I have my eye on. I wore a Malene Birger French navy jumpsuit with black satin lapels to my daughter’s wedding. I wear it a lot. Somehow they are always flattering.

I suppose it would look alright with a donkey jacket and steel-toe boots.

A bit like the button through culotte dress I once had.

I, too, wore what were called jump suits in the 80s and thought they were very stylish. Now, however, I have to wear the practical variety several times a week (which is OK, but not normally seen by humans apart from those similarly attired). I just wanted to say that - apart from maybe a wet bathing suit - they are the most impractical things I've ever worn for visits to the loo. Be warned ... and remember to hold the sleeves off the floor.

At last, I am a fashion icon! Had a boiler suit for years. Wear it when using a paint roller, especially good when doing the ceiling.

Last time I wore ‘jump suits’, as they were called then, was the early 80s, I thought I was the bees knees!
Not getting one now, though. Too difficult to go to the loo.?.
