Just seen a picture of PW-B at Wimbledon yesterday.what a pretty dress she was wearing, looked crisp, cool, sensible neckline and little sleeves.

Who is Phoebe WB please?

Calendargirl Sat 06-Jul-19 11:23:53

According to The Daily Telegraph where I saw the picture, she is ‘the acclaimed actress and writer of Fleabag’, and she also wrote Killing Eve, another tv drama.

Silly faces. Dress - unremarkable as is she.

Omg I’d love to be as slim and rich and as unremarkable as
the gorgeous Phoebe Waller-Bridges?

Me too! And I wish I had just a fraction of her talent.

GabbyG Do you find it difficult to complement anyone ?. It would certainly seem that way.

Gonegirl Sat 06-Jul-19 17:25:37

She wrote Killing Eve. Must find the picture!

Gonegirl Sat 06-Jul-19 17:26:01

that was a question. i missed out the question mark

Gonegirl Sat 06-Jul-19 17:31:50

Well, yes. She does look fairly unremarkable. But oh that mind!!!

Gonegirl Sat 06-Jul-19 17:47:33

Mind you - I'm sure I read that this second series of Killing Eve has a different writer. But she started it all off.

Effortlessly stylish as always. Some people just seem to have it all, don’t they - talent, intelligence, fame, money, looks - while others hang out on GN making snide comments about those women.

Has the dress got a strawberry pattern all over it?
Very apt.
It looks pretty.
It just made me think:
Model is 5' 10" and wearing a size 8!

It wouldn't look the same on me.

I think the OP was commenting on how nice to see a very simple, unfussy outfit. The picture in the Telegraph was not a full length one, and highlighted classic earrings and bangles also. She looked lovely IMHO.

MawBroonsback Sat 06-Jul-19 18:25:54

Probably didn’t buy the dress in Primark either.

A sensible neckline offset by a split revealing a well toned thigh. Very stylish.

The dress was by Reformation and cost £225. Very nice.
