Prai neck cream

I’ve been using Prai from M and S for a while now but I’m havingproblems with what I can only describe as ‘pilling’. Does anyone else use this cream and if so any problems?

I'm on my fourth pot of this and you need to apply with soft gentle strokes. Too,much rubbing in does make it pill. Fabulous cream that actually works. I do like all the products in this range
