Eyelids

Can anyone recommend a really good cream or it really a case of having surgery? And has anyone had it done?

My ex husband had his eyelids surgically lifted on the NHS as it was affecting his field of vision, they tend to operate on one side at a time, as a daycase, it was a bit bruised at first, but he is really pleased with the results now.
