Has anyone tried semi permanent make up?

I'd think a tattoo is permanent rather than semi-permanent. I've had my eyelashes tinted in the past. I find that very convenient. Other than that, I'm a no make-up person.

My friend had her naturally dark eyebrows done a few years ago to fill them out. I think it's a semi permanent tattoo that faded over a couple of years.

My 94 year old cousin had her eyebrows tattooed last year !!!
She said I don’t think I ll have them done again they hurt a bit so I presume they are not permanent but not sure how long they ll last though

I’ve had my eyeliner done a couple of times. Lasts about 2 to 3 years. Not the most enjoyable experience but I liked the end result. Will probably have it done again when the virus is not so wide spread.

I have a friend my age who had lip liner tattooed about 10 years ago. She looks most odd.

I had my eyebrows microbladed nearly 3 years ago quite happy with the result but it was very uncomfortable...... I get my eyebrows done every six weeks tinted and waxed and maybe in another 12 months I might get the micro blading topped up.....might......?

I had my eyebrows done with semi-permanent makeup a few years ago as I had alopecia and had lost all my eyebrows and eyelashes. I hate wearing makeup. the eyebrows worked well but were quite uncomfortable to have done. They look very dark to start with but settle down. The eyelashes didn’t take. People remarked that I looked well rather than comments about eyebrows. I was thinking about having them done again just before lockdown 1 started. If you decide to go ahead do LOTS of research first. The lady who did mine was a medical tattooist for NHS. She worked with burns victims and breast reconstruction.
