Morning Cleanse

I clean my face with oil and a warm, damp cloth morning and night. No cleansers at all. Exfoliate about every 5 days.

I use Liz Earle cleanser in the mornngs...it's a mild exfoliate which leaves skin looking brighter.

I cleanse in the morning. I find the routine soothing and enjoyable.

I don’t cleanse in the morning but my face gets washed I suppose as I shower but it would only be with warm water.

I read an article in a magazine which said if you applied skincare the night before, there's no need to wash your face every morning. Your skin will benefit as it will get the chance to repair its natural barrier function. Does anyone do this? It makes sense but would feel odd to skip my morning cleanse!
