Back fat 😱😱😱

I think all us old ‘uns have back fat. Before the menopause the collagen held everything together. Sadly when that’s gone there’s nothing much we can do about it.

I have been watching the recording of a Zoom lecture to my Opera appreciation group last week and was horrified to see my back/shoulders when I turned sideways to the camera.
Stooped and round shouldered and OLD but worst of all, when did all that fat migrate round the back? ( Not that any of it disappeared from the front. Nope still there)
Is there any hope? I imagine I can blame hunching over iPads and computers but wonder if it is too late.
Or do I just make sure I never turn my back?
