Does anyone make swimwear like this?

Elbow length tops, knee length bottoms, bust support not really needed.
I wouldn’t much care on a beach where I don’t know anybody, but I have 2 pool situations coming up where there are going to be a number of rather younger people who I know slightly and I don’t feel like displaying my most saggy/wrinkly bits. Which seem to have got even more so after I lost 5+ kg through illness.

Please don’t anybody tell me I shouldn’t give a toss! I don’t mind admitting that I do - and if that makes me vain, so be it. I don’t care so much for sunbathing, but I do like swimming lots of lengths.

Try surfing (the surf board types as opposed to internet surfing) sites for what they call rash tops and shorts

Thanks, Witzend for the post and to sandelf and JaneJudge for the links. The SeaFancy range is especially appealing to me. I've never been comfortable in skimpy clothes, - even when young and very slim - especially swimsuits, and had given up swimming when I missed a Boden range of 'boy leg' swimsuits and could find nothing else that did not leave my bottom or breasts out on display.
