I have hardly any eyelashes left. Used to be very long many moons ago.
Has anyone tried an eyelash serum and did it work??
Also anyone tried Prime Lash or anything similar for non existent lashes and did it work?
The ones advertised are pretty expensive ..don’t want to waste money if they don’t work.

I think I’ve got some Prime Lash but haven’t used it. Was scared of getting a reaction to it. I’ll have a look upstairs….

I’ve used UK Lash in the past. What I found is it helps keep your own lashes in for a longer period of time - so they continue to grow longer, but it didn’t grow any lashes in places where I’d lost mine.

I have used Mavala double lash for months. It has helped (unless there's another reason my lashes have improved). It's not a quick fix. I chose it as I've used Mavala nail products for decades and they are excellent.

Meant to say Prime Lash Mascara.

About 5 years ago, I started using Nanolash. I was thrilled with the results at first - longer, darker lashes.

After 9 months or so, I was diagnosed with blepharitis by my optician. My eyes were red, itchy and sore. I asked if it was because of the serum but he said he didn’t know. Apparently, people of my age can just start suffering from dry eyes out of the blue.

I immediately stopped using the Nanolash and looked after my eyes with the heated mask and wipes he gave me. The problem got a lot better but some mornings my eyes still weep and feel sore.

I will never know if the lash serum caused the blepharitis and dry eyes, but I’m not taking any chances. Sorry, O.P, this is not what you want to hear, but I thought I’d give you the heads-up.

I have been using the mascara. But I only wear make up occasionally these days. I don’t think it helps with the sparseness.

I lost my eyelashes and eyebrows a long time ago from alopecia. Hair on my head had grown back but my eyelashes and eyebrows never recovered. Eyebrows can be micro bladed to look good but I was always worried about getting my eyes done with semi permanent makeup although a lot of people get this done. I don’t think anything like a serum actually works and you have to wait for the folicles to recover. Either ignore the loss and use eyeliner or wear falsies. I ignored the loss!

I tried Prime lash mascara. It did absolutely nothing.

I use Rapid Lash, really impressed with the results, thicker and longer lashes.

Started using it in March this year, noticeable results in four weeks.
