Cool Summer Trousers

Following my recent spell in hospital most of my clothes are too big for me. I can’t go out much and wear leggings most of the time. However, they are too warm in recent weather. I’m looking for some light, loose, cool trousers. Any recommendations?

Next online sell a wide range of light summer trousers. Have a look at their online store. They stock a wide range of makes.
Returns can be sent back from local drop off points (which you could check out first to see if there are any near to you).
Good luck

Thanks MG55, I’ll go and have a browse.

I am 5ft 1 so I tend to get all my trousers from Bonmarche now because they do different lengths. M&S petite are too long for me now. Older M&S trousers from years ago fitted. If you read reviews on their website this is a constant complaint about them no longer catering for women under 5ft 4

What about white stuff.
These are SO nice on.

Nicer than the photos.

Bought for my mother-in-law who just came out of hospital but now I've seen them would like a pair... (but I won't now as that would be very odd!).

Thanks all, I got some FatFace trousers from Next. I hemmed and hawed over wide leg styles but I went for it. They were delivered yesterday, just what I wanted and MrB says they look good.

NotSpaghetti the White Stuff ones look very similar. These were actually on offer at just £32.

Marks do extra short trousers online . I buy them for my mum who’s about 4’11 now .

Marks extra short trousers have a 27 inch inside leg so are to long for my under 5 foot frame. My inside leg is 25 inches and I find cropped Summer trousers are just perfect and full length on me. Winter trousers always have to be shortened.

I am five foot so I go for cropped short trousers and they are ankle length .Morrison’s and Bonmarche.

I am so pleased for you 😀

Thanks MG55. I discovered that FarFace do a short leg option and as I’m a shrimp these were just right for me. They sit just on the top of my trainers as shown in the photo.

I will have a look at these myself 😀

Is that Fat Face?

Cool summer trousers are lightweight, breathable, and perfect for warm weather. Fabrics like linen, cotton, and viscose are popular choices as they keep you cool and airy. Loose or wide-leg styles add comfort while looking stylish.

Yes, they are FatFace, which is part of Next now.
