Morrisons clothes

I bought a lovely dress from a charity shop today for £3. The label was Nutmeg, which I had never seen before. Thanks for the info.
It’s a great dress too. 😊

Both DGSs regularly wear Nutmeg and F&F, as those are the DDs nearest supermarkets. DGS1 used to wear a lot of George at Asda, for Nursery and DD would just add her surname initial behind it (see my username) to save buying name tags!
My DDs are mid 40’s and I simply can’t remember when supermarkets started making/selling their own clothes. It was always M&S, BHS, or Mothercare in my day.

I bought a really nice summer dress from Morrisons and also a couple of every day t shirts during Covid. It is decent quality and was a crafty way of shopping in those times. I still wear the dress today but don’t shop in the store very often nowadays.

I often buy from Morrisons for my grandchildren as much of it is good quality 100%cotton and is well made. My daughter says some of the pieces look like jo-jo bebe maman stuff.

I have bought quite a few things there both for myself, DH and DgS, I always look around the clothes section when I am in store, they don't have changing facilities, so I have sometimes returned things that the fit isn't quite right but there is never a problem with a refund. I have had good wear out of everything I have had.

We've recently moved and there is a Morrisons in the town which I never lived near before.

I've bought a few pieces from Nutmeg clothing both for me and the grandchildren. Washes well, looks good, and is reasonably priced.

I've bought children's clothes from them a few times and they were good value, decent quality. Only thing I've ever bought for myself was pyjamas, which turned out to be so soft, cosy and comfortable that I went back the following week and bought an identical set.

The things I’ve had from Morrisons Nutmeg have all been good quality and washed well. The range available depends on the size of the store. I’ve never had an issue returning an item that didn’t fit I imagine most stores would be a problem if no proof of purchase.

I never buy clothing online, only in-store, and I LOVE Morrisons Nutmeg!

Like any supermarket the quality and fit can vary- you have to be there on the right day sometimes.

I have bought Nutmeg in the past though I don't shop at Morrisons, I find Tesco can be ok but Sainsbury's are better for me.

I rarely shop at Morrisons, but on one occasion spotted a lovely linen top at a good price. I've had it for 4 or 5 years now. It's well made and washes beautifully.

The childrens clothes are great.

Not so sure about the adults as they are all too big for me.

I like nutmeg, especially if it’s in the sale. Children’s clothes are very good, wash well. I have bought some nice t- shirts & crinkle shorts for my holidays in the past & still have them as they still look new.
Bought a t-shirt from Next, wasn’t cheap, faded after one wash.

I bought a pair of leggings from Morrisons took them home and decided they didn’t fit properly. I was told returns are dealt with at the counter at the store entrance the queue had about twenty people in it. Most people where there to buy newspapers scratch cards lottery tickets cigarettes and vapes.

I didn’t get a refund they don’t allow exchanges without a receipt. I thought my receipt was in the bag but it wasn’t. I should have checked the bag but I didn’t so that was a waste of time.

I accept their returns policy I won’t buy clothes or any homeware item from there again. It involves waiting in a ridiculous queue not suitable for returns with just one person serving at the counter.

Ove only ever bought there for granddaughter and they seemed OK. Our local Morrison sells clothes and I assume all big stores do but not the Morrisons local.
