Try a hydrating or satin-finish foundation, they usually sit better on mature skin and don’t settle into lines. A light moisturiser or primer underneath can also help it go on smoothly.

I am looking for a full cover foundation, as the one I use is discontinued,
Full cover foundation that does not settle into wrinkles, u have mature skin.

I use a primer and the no 7 hydra luminating foundation. I've ditched my expensive stuff and just use it if I want to cover a blemish. I do use a big brush and use the brush to sweep a very little foundation onto the lower half of my face where I have more wrinkles. I do use an expensive serum under the primer, it goes on after washing my face and I let it get absorbed for half an hour or so before I put my makeup on.

I use Ponds Cold Cream. My mother always used that and she was a dancer and an actress and her skin was always nice. She always cleaned her face after work and used Ponds Cold Cream. It's kept my face smooth and it's a reasonable price - and yes I do put a little eye makeup on and blusher too but PCC is just right for me.

We've had this question on Gransnet before ..I used to wear foundation like a mask and it wasn't flattering.
I've worn all sorts and some have been expensive and some cheap .
Now I clean my face with baby lotion and apply some Nivea then sun block .
Let it settle.
The trick is to apply your make up slowly.
I drink tea between applications!
Then , I get a big make up brush and sweep on some bronzer .
I tissue off the excess - contracting on the edge of the my face .

I've experimented-when I don't apply some bronzer people think that I look tired and ill .
I went out with the beginnings of double pneumonia and everyone thought that I looked blooming .

I'm wearing Avon bronzer at the moment.

Otherwise I think that Lancome foundation is good and so is Avon .
