Maybelline concealer failure

I bought that product two days ago hopefully to cover a few spider veins. I admit it was a struggle to get the ridiculous plastic wrapping off it. Then getting it to release the actual concealer was a pain but not used it properly yet. I will see how it goes on and I shall see if it stays put.

I agree with the poster above. Keep twisting until you can see it on the sponge. It can take many twists.

You do know you have to twist the base of the tube until the concealer coats the sponge? Sometimes it takes a while...

I can't remember which brand it was but I had the same problem with a roll on concealer. I (and my engineer husband) couldn't get the make up to reach the sponge. I never thought to return it because I had battered the tube so much in frustration.

The concealer is cleverly concealed

Yes, try for a refund.

The one that doesn’t work was a replacement.

Only purchased this week, so yes, a refund is possible.

Not being facetious, but can’t you take it back for a refund? It may be months since you bought it, but it is clearly not fit for purpose.

A few months ago I bought a Mabelline concealer, I was very pleased with it. This week I bought a replacement. It took me about 10 minutes and a sharp knife to get the plastic wrapping off but I succeeded. Unfortunately I can’t get the concealer to reach the sponge tip. Any comments please?
