I broke my ankle a few months ago, I out my led mask on it everyday for half an hour. The hospital couldn’t believe that it had healed so quick, maybe I heal fast or maybe the mask helped.

I have Currentbody face and neck LED masks. They definitely improve the quality of your skin but only if used regularly, ie daily. It’s only 15 mins so I often do this on waking.

Hi sankev.
I have the same problem. I have just bought an Erth Beauty
Advanced LED youth glow Ems sculptor.
It’s by Erth skin London.
It had 3 different colour lights. I used red for revitalising collagen production improved dullness it certain.y did this as I had glow next morning. Also reduces fine lines. My skin was plumper and lines less visible. I am pleased with it. I think it was on offer from Superdrug. Check it out on line.

Only just got mine from Boots. £100 on offer at £50. So far I like it. I lay on the bed and let it do its thing. Skin flowed afterwards like I’d had exercise. Not expecting great things but glad I got one!
Ps my husband thinks it’s hysterical lol 😂

I did an online search for these…….seemingly, the home use ones vary so much in quality, there’s no regulations as yet in the standards for these machines and personally I’d avoid them.

I have been having medical grade LED treatment (in a clinic) for a skin condition. The level of LED is higher than any mask you could get to use at home.

It’s helped the condition enormously, although the effect only lasts for a few weeks and has to be+repeated.

At no point have I seen any reduction in my wrinkles😬

I honestly don’t think the ones you’re looking at would make any difference.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice. I’m 64 and have noticed that one side of my face is much more wrinkled than the other! I think this is because it’s the side I always sleep on! A friend has suggested trying one of these LED face masks saying it has really improved her own skin. Obviously it’s a very expensive item but if it works I would be tempted to buy one during Black Friday sales. Has anyone got anyone got any thoughts or-recommendations?
