A few years ago I was given a portable colour swatch by someone who was a Colour Consultant. My swatch has fallen apart and the lady concerned has retired.

Does anyone know of a Colour Consultant Company?

Take it to a DIY store and make yourself a new one by matching your swatches to the paint colour charts.

It’s free!

Presumably you mean a “House of Colour” consultant.
So this is to tell you which colours to wear.
If you google colour consultants there are normally a few around.

I was going to suggest Colour Me Beautiful or, if you can remember your 'description', Kettlewell us the same ones so you should be able to cobble together your own.

I had my colours done about 40 years ago. I still have the swatches but I find that now my hair is soft white they no longer suit me. I believe that it is now quite expensive to have colours done I was quoted £125!!!

Colour Me Beautiful also has a published book which is an amazingly done book that includes colour swatches by season for your best looks and fashion colours and which to avoid.

I am a Summer however, I can wear Winter Neutrals very well too.

You could try House of Colour, they have consultants in most areas.

Kettlewell do it and have a pretty good online quiz to answer. Then they tell you what season you are. I like their clothes and the incredible range of colours they come in.

If you know your colouring, cool summer, warm winter etc…. You can order them off eBay

I can highly recommend Style me Happy which you can find at Style Happy.co.uk

It’s an online service that is amazingly accurate and value for money. Emily is excellent. She also sells swatch’s. She also runs a fb group. A friendly useful group that is always filled with good advice.

I think every shade of a colour should conform to an International Standards Register Chart. New ones could be added all the time.

Colours on a mobile phone screen really vary. Ans stores description of a folour can bear no resemblence of the actual garment or product

Perhapes you could download it or print out the chart.

I now have problems knowing the difference between black and dark blue under some lighting.

I',m sure this matter coild be greatly improved with a little thoughtfulness.

🤞🤞
