Korean Skin Care

I bought a lovely Korean moisturiser in TKMaxx recently - went back to get some more and of course it wasn’t there. Someone gave me some Korean face masks which were lovely and cooling.

I didn't know that it was a thing so, for no good reason, I bought a Korean face cream in TK Maxx recently and am using it. Yesterday, for the first time in the 60 years that I have known him, Mr P said that my skin looked nice. Go Korean skin care!

I've found some Korean skin care products in Primark and bought a face wash. Will try it out once I've finished the others I've got on the go.
Unfortunately the Primark face cream doesn't have an SPF so I won't be trying that.

I did read somewhere that Koreans spend more money on skincare and having ‘work’ done on their faces than any other nation.I haven’t tried anything so far but it’s a def fad everywhere just now.

I've made a note of that TerriBull for when I need a new foundation.

I have tried a couple of Korean products. One in particular I really like. Smooch, foundation, I saw it being written up somewhere or other. Not having used foundation for quite a few years, this one sounded as if it performed the impossible feat of matching to whatever the skin tone the user has. Remarkably it does just that, and doesn't leave the tell tell line that sometimes happened when not properly blended. It's white when it comes out but doesn't remain that way and doesn't sit heavily on the skin. I don't use it everyday, but am happy with the results. I think the Koreans are becoming innovators in the field of cosmetics.

I haven’t used them but have seen that M&S are selling some so I consider that a decent recommendation.
