My thought was how on earth Mme Macron was able to walk at all in those shoes with a four inch heel, her poor feet must have been in agony. I wouldn’t even attempt it.

I wouldn’t go to a formal event, where I was going to be photographed, in my jeans and T-shirt though, knspol, I’d wear something appropriate, and flattering to my body shape, wouldn’t you? Camilla’s dress is not something I’d ever choose for myself, but I can appreciate it suits her very well.

Don't like Camilla's dress at all. She always wears the same style but in different fabrics and colours, wonder if she'd ever like a change Then again she probably wouldn't like what I'm wearing at the moment, a pair of jeans and a T-shirt!

All the women looked great.
Macron always stylish but Charles a bit rumpled.

Missadventure. I like the a little rumpled look too, as it makes the King seem more down to earth, (especially as Camilla always looks so immaculate!!)

Indeed, the Queen looked very elegant.
She knows what suits her now (although I suspect that she's still happiest in her jodhpurs and hacking jacket!!)

Her Majesty has some beautiful clothes, and a good figure as well. I don't envy her having to turn out looking pristine day in, day out, but she knows what suits her - well done, Ma'am!

Often colours appear different in different lights, the dress in daylight looks white but cream in the website representation.

I am too messy for all one pale colour.
If anyone is going to get splashed by walking in a muddy puddle, drop messy foodstuffs, brush sleeves through paint, get stained by polen... you can be sure it will be me!

Still love that dress, I’m not going anywhere special, but if I was I’d be tempted!

I see the word cream in that shot of the dress.

The idea of the off-white/cream background of the tapestry was deliberately.
Sections were left entirely blank so the cream background could represent skin, walls, or the knights' shields. It saved having to stitch these areas.
Cream, off-white, ivory, bright white, we don't exactly know how white the fabric started out after its dyeing process.

It's described as ivory on their website.
I actually saw it more ecru on my mobile - but they call it ivory.

I did wonder what all the white was about, perhaps it’s ‘the’ colour of the season. Yesterday I heard brown is the ‘new’ black, really? What do I know?!

I can't help but feel they were advised to wear white. Too much of a coincidence.

The dress in question is described as Ivory, not white.
