You need a green concealer. Sounds odd but it works.
This is a cheap one but obviously you can search for a known name.

For years I have suffered from cold sores/herpes around my mouth and have two red scars just above my top lip. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a concealer that I could use please?
