Trainers for tendonopathy

Have pain in both feet and diagnosed with tendonopathy by a podiatrist. She says wearing Skechers all the time is bad for my feet as they give no support just cushioning. I’m 75 and don’t drive so need my feet to be pain free. Does anyone have a suggestion of a brand of trainers that don’t look too clumpy and don’t cost a fortune?

Sorry, it’s a long link but Widerfit Shoes do a range of trainers in various styles that have room for orthotics. I find them comfortable and supportive.

Hope you find trainers that help, having painful feet wears you down.
