Disappearing threads!

Tech - can you tell us, please, why random threads disappear (or at least, can't be seen on the Active list) and reappear for no logical reason?
It's driving me nuts, and I think some other members, too!

Photos are uploading strangely now. Just tried to put fresh ones on my profile, but every additional photo turns previous ones into copies of the most recent one!

It's getting worse! There's one gone every few minutes - and eventually it comes back, but it's very annoying when you were just going to look at that thread....angry

Sometimes they seem to diappear from "Active" but if you go to "Im on" you can often find them!

It is very cross making when you post something and it disappears off into the ether along with the rest of the thread.

Hi shysal, the $search.topicname thing is part of the same problem, so will be fixed at the same time (we hope).

Greatnan, can you remind us what's going wrong with adding photos for you? And what browser you're using if possible?

Posts are still appearing with the Title $search Topic Name instead of actual topic name. They are then impossible to view.

Hi All, sorry this has been so long. We had one change ready to put in a while ago, but then we decided to do a better "once and for all" change to fix the problem. That should be ready at the end of next week so should go into effect the first week in September. Sorry for the wait....

Unfortunately Tech doesn't work in the office, so it can be a while before I get an answer back from him. Thanks for the reminder, though, I'll give him another nudge.

I'm really sorry we still don't have a definitive answer for you. In the meantime, I can offer Boris Johnson dancing and a hilarious cat
