Email problem!

I can't get into my email this morning. I keep being asked for a password and when I put it in it doesn't seem to be recognised... help please?

So...everyone thinking 'all she has to do is say she forgot the password and get a new one' ? That's exactly what I couldn't do.

What I did have to find was a way to remove the AVG Secure Search so I that I could do that. (This appeared when I updated the AVG.)
Right click on the AVG logo on the bottom bar and you can remove it for 10 minutes. Now that's useful!

But I wish I had known it an hour and a half ago - or this morning!
