I have just read a very interesting article in todays Telegraph about restorative justice in the Enga tribe of Papua New Guinea, and wanted to post a link to it, but can I find the damn article on line?

Theresa May has just announced plans for restorative v. punitive justice at the Conservative conference.Maybe this is where she did her research!grin
