Is it possible to retrieve an email that has possibly been deleted?
I use windows mail and I'm looking for an email received about 3 weeks ago & cannot find it at all. I can only think I may have deleted it in error.
Is there any way to get it back please?

Have you looked in trash or right click on deleted items and it will open up IF you haven't emptied your deleted items folder. Good luck

My email account permanently removes deleted items every so often - it seems to be about every fortnight.

I have Windows mail, and my mail trash has about 3weeks of deleted stuff still in it, so if you can't find it there, it maybe in your other trash bin.

PS have had some success! Found it in the deleted box on my mobile phone. Whew what a relief! Thanks for replies.
