They're probably in your junk box, Ella - they must be using a new system and our email inbox doesn't recognise it. I had that problem until I clicked on 'not junk' for a couple of them.

We do indeed work every evening and weekend when Geraldine is standing over us looking stern because we want to keep an eye on everything as much as we possibly can. But sometimes there are lots of things going on behind the scenes <pedals furiously to keep website running> and the eyes get a bit, well cross-eyed I suppose, trying to look at everything at once.

But rest assured that we HAVE been onto the PM situation (and the other bits and bobs too) and we always get tech on to fixing stuff as soon as it's possible. Reported stuff gets dealt with immediately.

Think Father Christmas...always keeping an eye to see who's been good or bad but sometimes having trouble with Rudolph and has to go off and sort that before knitting any more emoticons finishing off the stuff he normally does.
