Has anyone else had this problem. Amazon have taken the money twice for I book, and I havn't received the book yet. Every time I email them to enquire about the delivery and ask why they have taken the money twice they just address the delivery and NEVER mention the money. Help.
I will not get back to anyone who replies until this evening (the usual, baby sitting)

Be sure that it is actually Amazon taking out the money because lots of different companies sell books on Amazon.

Was about to post the same CHEELU but if there is a problem I think Amazon would help sort it out.

I would phone them (if they show a phone contact number)

Have you used the phone function on Amazon it? It is almost scary! There are 2 options, phone me now or phone me in 5 minutes. Almost the very second you press "phone me know" your phone will ring!

The first time I did it I thought it was my friend "Withit" calling and was just about to say "I'll call you back, I'm waiting for Amazon to ring" when the nice ladysaid "hello this is Amazon, how can I help you?"

Good advice. Like phoenix I too used the ring back service and barely put the phone down when it rang. Wonderful.

Nanado I used the on screen "call me now" thingy, I didn't call them at all, they just rang me at the most amazing speed!
