What happened to simple?
I had forgotten the name/ password for a site I hadn't used for years.
So I went through the usual of requesting new ones. They were sent, I put them in: Nothing. I sent email to say it didn't work. They replied that I had to "copy and paste it" so I ask the question: what happened to simple?
