Posting photos from iPad?

I use my iPad all the time, and there are lots of photos I'd like to put on my profile. Is it possible? If so, how?

I could send the photos to the laptop and work from that, but it would be so much easier from the iPad, or the iPhone.

Any ideas?

I have tried to post photos from my iPad to GN and as soon as I post one, the previous one disappears into the ether - very strange hmm
