Has anyone else been conned by the Racing Penguins Flying Free by Top Free Games? I was looking for FREE apps to entertain my 5 year old granddaughter and came across this one which comes across as being "free". Not so. Clever name and clever company name. A few days later I received invoices from iTunes for £6.99 and £13.99 presumably because my granddaughter had pressed some sort of acceptance button unbeknown to me. I tried to get a reimbursement but without success. I really wish the media would pick this up and make a point about such a barefaced con.
