I thought you couldn't get Adobe on an I pad? Is this right?

Lilygran Fri 22-Nov-13 12:03:49

No. Just go to apps and search for Adobe. Good luck!

Flash is a problem.

Atqui Fri 22-Nov-13 13:28:08

Why is that lilygran? I am always a bit chicken about installing stuff in case it causes problems

I understood you can't get Flash player as they're not speaking to Apple. Or the other way around.

Is Sponsored Discussions a new option in the topic lists? I don't remember seeing it before.

NfkDumpling Fri 22-Nov-13 13:33:40

Didn't notice the heading. I may be dim (Well, I am rather), but what is a 'Sponsored Discussion?

Ana Fri 22-Nov-13 13:58:38

If you look on the list of forums it's there. Usually for discussions about products we've been asked to test, etc.

Nfk Is that why my Adobe Flash downloads never work?
I don't have an Apple comp, but my phone is linked to my pc and the iCloud (which has caused havoc on my phone)!

I think NfkDumpling is right. There are a number of things you can't get because Apple have their own version.

You can get Flash Player on Apple computers, and have been able to for years. Just not on iPads. Yet.

We have Flash Player on our desktop Apple iMac and on the Macbookpro.

When I started this thread I think I put it in chat, or possibly tech stuff, so I don't know where sponsored thing has come from

Atqui Fri 22-Nov-13 19:45:12

But thanks anyway
