Well this is most peculiar.

I'm now back online in normal mode, and the old TV/monitor is working perfectly again. It had lost all the red in the colours, and I thought it was going downhill, I used it as the monitor because the DVD stopped working, and I was given a bigger TV (old) by my sister.

Now I wish I hadn't bought the new monitor!

Trying to connect new monitor Samsung S24B150BL.
I thought I had done it, but the computer and monitor didn't seem to be talking to each other! It just kept saying no signal.

So I have had to put the old monitor (which is my old TV), back, just to get online again. Trouble because I had to turn the computer off without being able to see the screen, so now online again in safe mode.

I hadn't installed the driver first, is that the problem?
Can I install the driver now?
