Is it just me? When clicking on some links the hand icon thingy has a sort of "explosion" cartoon image with an exclamation mark in the middle and emits a click noise.

It's never happened before and I haven't fiddled with anything, honestly!
Also it doesn't happen on all links, therefore that proves that it isn't something that I've fiddled with!
