Perhaps they can't tell us something has gone wrong because they don't know until someone tells them. Computer software to run websites is quite complex and there will always be "bugs" as things are developed.

Yep, please do let us know if something is up. You can do this by either reporting your own post to us or emailing us at [email protected].

Is this still a problem? My Active seems to be fine... <touches wood>
