Has she put in a page break? If not try doing that

I thought this was going to be asking about using the word 'NOW'...grin

Ana my thoughts also

Try putting it in a text or other box and then make the box outline invisible. I'm not near my PC now so can't give more precise hell but that's what I've done in the past to stop diagrams etc jumping about.

Thanks both of you for your response. She's tried both of those.

Has she tried "wrapping" the text round it?

Could she try increasing the margins on the page to make the page a bit bigger. Sometimes Word gets its knickers in a twist she could try copying page by page to a new document and see if that makes a difference.
Try copying the drawing to another page and just add it in when finished the rest of the document.

I was going to suggest all of those (put it in a box, use control/return to put in a page break etc.

Is it too long or too wide for the page? Could she try putting it into landscape?

Or put it into Excel then insert it into the Word document?

It is a while since I used Word, but I think she needs to define the attributes of the diagram. Has she tried a right click on it, then choosing to have it relate to the paragraph?( If it relates to the page, I think it does as you describe.) Then she can make the text wrap round it.

Thanks everyone she's given up and will do it at the end as crafting suggested smile
