Hotmail suddenly changed to Outlook .

What nina said but my laptop is not new. It took some getting used to but I like it now.

Mine changed to Outlook when I bought my laptop 12-18 mths ago. I've not had any problems. I like it because it's linked to my phone.

New format, old deleted mail boomeranging around , messages lost and it all seems slow to respond . What's happened !
