I will check out Norton. Thank-you all for the advice

I have never considered anti-virus on my phone.
(which is just a Blackberry as I prefer the querty keys rather than a touch screen as I find it quicker).

When I had Norton it covered about 3 different things. Maybe you should check, it would save you some money.

I took your advice pittcity & have had a look in the App store.
I checked out the category list
but I am unable to find anything to do with anti virus or firewalls.
I must be missing something.

Look on your app store for the same one you use on the laptop if you are happy with it. There should be a suitable version.

I have purchased an Amazon fire pad
Which thus far I am quite happy with.

We have anti virus on DH lap top
But as I usually use my mobile for internet I'm not sure what anti virus I require on the my pad

Advice and recommendations from GNetters would be much appreciated.
