I think if you like something it's a sort of a 'one-off' but that won't stop you getting other stuff of a like nature or by the same people.

If you choose to 'follow' someone/thing, you get all their posts.

But, anyway, FB will shove anything at you at any time - you just have to learn to ignore it!!
