I say this with lip stuck out, and foot ready to stamp...
All of a sudden I have stopped receiving Gransnet newsletters and I'm cross ! Gransnet help said it could be my provider, so I tried to get in touch with yahoo to no avail. So I thought it would be easier to change the email on my account at Gransnet, which I did, to a Hotmail one. Guess what? No Newsletters. I have checked spam, I have marked the name as 'Not spam' I have added to list of safe contacts. Is anyone else having similar problems ? I feel cut off and internet providers are the hardest people to contact.
