Thank you Marydoll. I've tried switching off tablet and broadband and switching on again - all the usual tricks. Haven't taken a hammer to it or thrown it out the window yet - that could be next!

I would think if it only happens when you are on emails, then it's your email provider you should contact. in the first instance.
It's worth a try.
However, there are others on here, more knowledgeable than me, who should be able to advise.
