Hi, we've had sky Q installed about 6 weeks ago, everything fine then all of a sudden there's been a drop in sound and quality.Now I know I've lost some of my hearing but were having to increase the volume by 20 up to 60 now and it's doing nothing for the quality.Any one had this problem ?
Try doing a system update on your Sky Q box. I do know how to do it but keep forgetting so Google it and follow the instructions. We had the same problem last year. Sometimes it's better to update the boxes yourself rather than wait for automatic updates. We did it when we had problems with Netflix too and it fixed it. The other widespread problem is the use of sound limitators built into technology. FINE if you're 30 not so fine when the numbers are twice that and plus some!
