Have asked HQ but no reply so...

Can anyone on here please tell me how to access my GN account so I can update my email address? My old email was hacked so it has been disabled.

I did send GN a request asking how to do it but over 24 hours later have had no answer. Or did they perhaps reply to my old non-existent address??? 🤔

On the desktop site you go to the bottom of the screen and click on 'My Gransnet'.

Thanks Gonegirl but it’s been so long that now I can’t remember my password, so won’t let me change my email! 😬🤨🙃

Oh right. I didn't even know I had a password. I'm sure I've never made one. hmm Suppose I must have done though.
