Was looking on my iPad to upgrade to fast fibre. Then went to emails and they are only showing up to Monday. No new ones.
Phoned BT and told that without my password, which I don’t know, they can’t do anything except send me a letter with some sort of code, which will take seven days.
So now I can’t get any emails for a week.
Very frustrating as I have most of my passwords written down, but not this one. Never needed it before.
So frustrating.
