I think I have flies in my computer!

Thanks for the ideas. Maybe it is the bright screen that attracts them but they don't ever fly around the TV in the same room when that is on.
They're very tiny like specks and just seem to appear from behind the PC, - there's one now! .
Can you see it? grin

Did the come out of the PC tower or just attracted to the screen?

There's another thread about fruit flies.
Do you have a pot plant nearby? The other OP wondered if it was that.

if i read my tablet in bed of a night and the rest of the room is in the dark then i see tiny flies (coming in through the window) as attracted to the brightness of the screen. not seen any during the day though

It's happened again! I've just sat down at my PC to catch up on emails and Gransnet, then out they come .... two or three tiny flies flitting around the screen - and, annoyingly, my face. angry
They're like fruit flies but can't be as I never see them any where else in the house except at the PC.
Does anyone else have this problem, know the solution or can explain it? I can't catch them and don't want to use fly spray.
Any ideas please?
