Good Evening! Problem solved with a bit of "de Bono" thinking 
Went back to ask sender to check his source which turned out to be YouTube.
Copy/paste URL and was sent successfully titled "Albatross"
(Confused a few, thinking of Fleetwood Mac for some reason.)
Mystery remains as to how it arrived in my In-tray as MP4 Video.!?
