Lost email folders on IPad

Is there anyone else who has lost email folders on their IPad?

I have lost a whole folder and looking at others, there are lots missing from before Sept this year.

If there are any hints and tips for recovery, I would be very grateful.

Do you have a PC Auntieflo ? I often have to go onto the website that I use for emails and search through, it’s easier and TBH if I could carry it around with me and sit with it on my lap I would prefer to use it!

DH managed to get loads back, but not all.
