Apple email problem

I have an iPad with my me.com email address.
I also have a Sony phone, a lot cheaper than an iPhone.
But it’s impossible to add my email on to my Sony phone - it just won’t let me - is there a way round this? I don’t carry my iPad around with me. Help please!

I love my iphone and after buying my first one new - 10 years ago, I have always bought reconditioned or used off eBay. My current one was £150.

I have added my iCloud email address to my Gmail app on my Android phone by generating an application (App) specific password on the Apple website and using the generated password to log in. You should be able to login to Apple using your me.com address as your Apple ID.

You should be able to access your me.com mails via the Internet too on your Android and put a short cut on your Home screen.
