I use Sky, about £10 a month covers both our phones, not had a problem with it, about 2GB a month and any unused data can be rolled over and used later. Not sure who is your mobile phone provider, but they will have data allowances for you anyway? Though using mobile data can be expensive if you want to stream videos.
