Have had numerous itune cards with no trouble whatsoever. However, dh bought this one for me in Smiths. He has a receipt and a separate validation slip. He made a point of asking if it had been validated when he paid for it. I started to redeem it on Christmas morning and the camera scan didn’t work so after a few attempts I managed to do it manually and it appeared to be okay asking for my password. Once that was submitted it came up with a notice telling me that it hadn’t been validated. On the receipt it says if you have trouble ring an 03 number. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem and how it was resolved. Can’t understand how the till gave out the validation receipt when it hadn’t been validated. I will have to get back to Smiths but doubt they will do anything.
