Deleted Message on Mobile .. Retrievable ?

Desperate for help ... can I somehow retrieve a deleted message on my mobile .. Fingers crossed XXXXXX

I have a feeling your phone provider can access deleted messages. Maybe call them?

If it is an iPhone then in messages tap edit, tap recently deleted.

Should be in your recycle folder, pretty sure the stay there until you empty it
