Marks &Spencer. Is anyone else finding it difficult to get to the original heading where you tap on my account, help,, orders. Etc. I have been getting just a screen with the departments , I want to get on to My account Is it just me ?

Hi Lilypops. I've just checked and the website seems to be working with no issues.
I can see all my orders, returns etc. on My Account page.
Try again and hopefully all will be okay now.

Go to the M&S homepage and click on the little figure of a person top right, next to the heart. That should take you to a list, scroll down and you will find 'My Account '. I've just done that without any problems.

Thankyou blue and blue sapphire. It’s still only showing a page of different departments. I will just sit here and twiddle about till I get the usual page
